The Retail Advisory Council Helps NASFM Focus on What's Important to Fixture Specifiers and Purchasers.
Retail Advisory Council members are nominated by a special NASFM task force and approved by the NASFM Board of Directors. Council members help guide NASFM's retail-focused programs, such as the NASFM Retail Design Awards; retail-oriented segments of the NASFM web site, the association's participation at GlobalShop; and all future retail-oriented services and campaigns of the association.
The first meeting of the NASFM Retail Advisory Council
was attended by five of its six charter members on Feb.
3, 2000. Since then the council has grown to 48 retailers,
designers and architects, six of whom serve as executive
committee members.
