June 3, 2009 — Storetech + Co., announced its completion of the DVF Boutique, which debuted at the Bal Harbour Shoppes of Florida in January of 2009. This is Storetech’s second DVF Boutique, the first having opened in Miami’s Villages of Merrick Park.

Storetech + Co. is a highly-specialized design, real estate, and construction company which provides turnkey services and solutions for major retail, commercial, restaurant and hospitality clients.

The DVF Bal Harbour location was a collaboration between the DVF design team and Storetech+Co as their partners in the construction, custom millwork and fixtures. Upon entering, the focus is naturally directed to the custom Swarovski chandelier of suspended crystal droplets – a strikingly elegant design showpiece amidst the crisp white interior. The Storetech team accentuates with texture by incorporating frosted LED backlit mirrored glass along the beautifully merchandised walls. The soft metallic finish absorbs and softly reflects a continuously changing color palette. Adding to the glamour are Venetian plaster ceilings and gleaming white Terrazzo flooring adorned with exotic skin rugs. Plasma screens are strategically placed to showcase Diane Von Furstenberg runway shows, and the highly-collected fashions and accessories are shown on floor-to-ceiling custom millwork throughout the boutique.

“The project in Bal Harbour was the first of the DVF Boutique’s new design and was being developed as the construction project proceeded. Every day was exciting, challenging, and evolving,” said Storetech President Glenn Calabrese.
