April 16, 2009 — REHAU announces a number of additions to its Express Collection stock program, offering an even broader range of off-the-shelf edgeband solutions, as well as related tools and finishing elements.

The Express Collection edgeband line now includes a selection of ECOSTYLE™ products, featuring a non-PVC, chlorine-free thermoplastic ABS material for green furniture and cabinetry design. The new Express Collection ECOSTYLE ABS edgeband line offers seven solid colors and three printed designs.

The edgeband line also now encompasses six non-PVC Inspirations™ edgeband designs, making “individual design solutions” possible in smaller, out-of-the box quantities. Inspirations is a fluid pool of designs, including unique patterns, shapes and textures, drawn from numerous “inspirational” sources—from exaggerated natural woodgrains, to the mimicking of a lace tablecloth, to a new take on the geometric patterns in modern artistry.

In addition, three Impressions™ line embossed structures — Poga, Cordia and Stripes — have been added to the Express Collection edgeband line.

The expanded line includes a selection of color-matched, Magic™ Aluminum and Brushed Stainless Steel backsplash and plinth cover systems. The slim, concave-shaped backsplash systems create flowing, elegant transitions from the countertop to the wall.
