Quebec-based Vic Store Fixtures Inc. has launched FONZIO, a renewed service counter. This new system complements the current product line aimed at the Canadian and American convenience store market. FONZIO was officially launched at the 6th Annual C-Store Conference and Expo in Calgary, June 2-3, 2008.

The counter characteristics were developed specifically for the sales, transaction, and operational needs of a convenience store, and include the following product features:
• an ergonomic and functional work-area that offers choice in inside configurations, an integrated wire management system, and accessories that facilitate work of the employees.
• a selling area with a deep counter top designed for impulse purchase products, a “technical wall” with hanging options, and angled shelves in the front.
• a visible, appealing transaction area through a raised service top and a front panel, freeing the section of unwieldy products.
• a storage solution for tobacco products based on full extension metal drawers, which are integrated directly under the counter to allow better use of wall-space.
