| The first renovation in 20-plus years, this 67,000-sq.-ft. designer clothing floor unifies the architectural statement and floor plan from 11 buildings with a cohesive design image, yet affords individual expression for each designer’s shop. Characterized by black mirrors, granite, marble, and backlit visual elements, the floor offers clear circulation, focused sightlines, and dramatic lighting. The simple ceiling design with few dropped panels effectively addresses the exposed ducts and low headroom due to an antiquated HVAC system. |

| This remodel defines the 3,192-sq.-ft. area as a showplace for elite designer garments. White Italian leather over J-shaped vertical wood substrates, some up to 10-ft. tall, exude discriminating taste, while a brushed, plated-steel knife edge around perimeter fixtures makes them appear to float. Thanks to their thin vertical profile, fixtures appear larger than life without overpowering the space. Shipped knocked down to accommodate tiny doorways, they allow for understated individual designer branding on the hardware. |
