Use Adobe Acrobat (or a similar PDF forms program) to fill out, print, edit, and save the form with all of your data. (If you choose to use Reader, prior to spending much time completing your entry form, we suggest that you test saving your form and reopening it early in the process to make sure that this works for you.)

To download files to your computer's hard drive:
Mac: From your browser, click on the link to the forms and hold down the mouse button. A window will pop up, asking you to "Download Linked File" (Safari), "Save link as..." (Netscape) or "Download Link to Disk" (Internet Explorer).
PC: From your browser, right-click on the link to the forms. A window will pop up, asking you to "Save link as..." (Netscape), "Save Target As" or "Download Link to Disk" (Internet Explorer).
