This 210,000-sq.-ft. specialty store
stood out for its wayfinding elements and its strategy
of cross-selling between families of businesses.
Graphics and signage were used to help customers
orient themselves, while providing product information
and thematic support. Sliver shops were positioned
in highly visible locations with movable, multi-function
fixturing to allow for flexible merchandising. Centrally
located customer service centers and maximum vertical
merchandise presentation at all perimeters complete
the picture.
