Senior Director, Restaurant Construction and Support
Church's Chicken
Tracy Lindsey is senior director of restaurant construction and support for Church's Chicken. The San Antonio-based
QSR chain is now a billion-dollar business and, with
more than 1,500 locations worldwide, has committed to
doubling its size within five years.
Prior to joining Church's, Tracy Lindsey was director of furniture, fixtures, and equipment purchasing and plan development at Wild Oats for four years. During that time, he purchased $70 million in store fixtures, opened 30 stores, and remodeled 20 others. Two of his store prototypes made headlines, one of which is the award-winning Wild Oats concept. The other is Henry's Market, a concept that uses recycled materials and T5 green-tip lighting for the first time in the United States.
His background includes more than 20 years of experience in supermarket construction, management, design, and procurement with Affiliated Foods Southwest, Kysor/Warren Refrigeration, Associated Wholesale Grocers Inc., Fleming Companies Inc., and SuperValu Inc. Lindsey is particularly proud of the savings his innovative design ideas and product knowledge have generated for his employers throughout the years. |
