Shane Young is founder and managing director of SYSP StorePro, a retail design, implementation, and project management consultancy based in Sandringham, Victoria, Australia. The firm's client list includes such brands as Camper, David Lawrence, Foot Locker, Forever New, General Pants, G Star, Jeep, Jetty Surf, Jigsaw.

With over 25 years of experience working with retailers in Australia and overseas, Shane, prior to founding SYSP StorePro in 2002, shared executive responsibility for the growth of the Just Jeans Group of companies from 120 to over 700 specialty store outlets in Australia and New Zealand. His previous background includes working with Coles Myer in building and construction and store development.
