Studio Principal, Banks
Little
As studio principal for the Banks studio within Little’s Retail Practice Area, Nancy Everhart leads an experienced team of architects, interior designers, and engineers through all phases of design, construction, and renovation.
A specialist in retail branch bank design, Nancy has worked on more than 900 branch banks and main offices throughout her 22-year architectural career. Her expertise includes site planning, workflow, product and service merchandising, internal functional relationships, and LEED design. Her portfolio includes such clients as Wachovia (and the former First Union), Bank of America (and the former Nations Bank), Regions Bank, Comerica, Bank of Mecklenburg, Barclays Corp., RBC Centura, People’s Bank, BB&T, Bank One, Central Florida Educators, Provident Bank, and Bank of York.
Nancy has spent 22 years with Little, an architecture and design firm with about 275 professionals in seven locations across the country. Her speaking experience includes the Commercial Construction Show and the Retail Construction Expo, where she led a 2007 effort to create a 600-square-foot branch bank completely out of sustainable materials. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a documentation technologist certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). A member of the American Institute of Architects, she serves on A.R.E.’s Sustainability Council.
