As director of visual merchandising for Helzberg Diamonds, Lee Svet is responsible for enriching the customer shopping experience across the chain of 270 stores. Her accountabilities include visual merchandising, store design, and packaging. Svet has been with the Helzberg organization since December 2006.

Prior to joining Helzberg, she was visual merchandising studio manager at Hallmark Cards. She and her studio were accountable for the visual merchandising of Hallmark products across 42,000 retail outlets. Svet has worked for a number of retail consulting firms, including serving as design director at FITCH in Worthington, Ohio. She partnered with clients including Vanity Fair, Lees Commercial Carpets, and Sara Lee Corp.
