Leatrice O’Neal


Visual Merchandiser
New Balance Athletic Shoe Inc.

Leatrice O'Neal has served as visual merchandising manager for New Balance Athletic Shoe for four years. She leads the visual direction for New Balance's North American retail division, which consists of over 150 specialty stores, 13 Factory stores, and the Warrior Brine Outlet store.

After joining the company in 2006, O'Neal implemented new branding programs including visual standards, field visual teams, standarized marketing packages, and graphics programs for both independent and corporate stores.

While at New Balance, she has been recognized for her contributions on various projects, including an honorable mention in store design from Chain Store Age and a 2008 A.R.E. Special Recognition for Green Awareness Award. In 2009, her work on the Warrior Brine Outlet earned her a nomination for Best Store Design under 10,000 square feet by the International Facilities Management Assoication (IFMA).

Prior to joining New Balance, O'Neal spent six years at Limited Brands Inc.
