Jim Francois is the vice president, director of visual marketing for JCPenney. His duties include coordinating all customer-facing print marketing elements, including all packaging and in-store visual graphics. He also oversees the Gift Registry. Francois has more than 30 years of experience in visual marketing. Before JCPenney, he was with Saks where he held the position of vice president of store planning and design.
