A.R.E.'s design community comprises key players in retail. Their collective portfolio spans all genres of retail, from department stores to specialty shops, from restaurants to shop-in-stores. Together, their work is responsible for thousands of store prototypes and renovations worldwide. A.R.E. designer members include industry leaders recognized for creating innovative, brand-evolving, and trend-setting retail environments.

A.R.E.'s Designers of Retail Environments and Merchandising Team (DREAM Team) is a member focus group dedicated to the needs of the retail design community. The Team's Executive Committee is responsible for developing programs and services to address the needs of retail designers.
