Bob Higgins is senior vice president of retail development and operations for Kira Plastinina, a Russian fashion design house launching a junior fashion retail concept in the U.S. in early 2008. “KP” will be based in Los Angeles. Kira Plastinina currently operates more than 20 stores in Russia featuring apparel by teen designer Kira Plastinina.

Higgins has been responsible for store and fixture design, real estate, construction, visual merchandising, operations, and sales management for companies such as Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess Jeans, Virgin Megastores, and Wet Seal Inc.
