Chairman and president of Milan-based Crea International, Alberto Pasquini has executive experience in marketing, branding, communications, and advertising. He and four partners founded Crea International, then known as Creapolis, in 1983. Under his leadership, the company has grown to count prestigious Italian and international brands among its clients and has received numerous awards, including four Global Awards from Promotion magazine, a POPAI European Award, and a 2008 A.R.E. Design Award. Crea is the only Italian company on the board of Global Instore Communication, a group of 20 P-O-P societies worldwide. With three divisions, Crea has three offices in Italy and creative offices in 20 countries.

Prior to founding Crea, Alberto was European marketing director of Capital Records, where he coordinated the promotional activities of international artists in Europe out of Capital's Los Angeles office. His background also includes serving as marketing and publicity director and international director of Italian record company EMI Italia, where he handled marketing and publication of Apple, Motown, Emi International, Casablanca Records, and Capitol Records artists and such international artists as the Beatles, Deep Purple, Donna Summer, Pink Floyd, Ray Charles, Steve Wonder, and Patty Smith.

In 1993, Alberto set up the Italian section of the Point of Purchase Advertising Institute's POPAI Europe, which under his leadership, grew from three to 130 associates. He is currently honorary chairman of POPAI Italy.
